Music room and library with modern piano and sheet music (classical, jazz, shows); extensive collection of films, music CDs (classical, jazz and pop/rock) and books, which guests are welcome to borrow during their stay, and to enjoy either in their own rooms or in the guest lounge. Books include a large selection of modern fiction in English, a small selection in French, and an extensive collection of books on fine and applied arts and gardening.

The White Bedroom: a bright and airy room, with parquet floor, large double bed, en suite W. C./shower room with multi-jet shower. Hairdryer, bathrobes, towels, shampoo and shower gel provided. TV with DVD player and hi-fi.

ACCOMMODATION AND AMENITIES

Guest Lounge/Dining Room with traditional Norman granite fireplace, comfortable sofas and TV, with DVD and HI FI. The house and gardens are decorated with art objects from all over the world, including paintings and prints by the artists/owners. A daily newspaper (the International Herald Tribune) is provided in the guest lounge. Others may be available on request.

Gardens of one acre with plentiful seats (in sun & shade) to relax and many sculptures, mosaics and reliefs to discover. Afternoon teas and coffee can be served in the garden or on the terrace. Two new bicycles (lady's and gent's) for guest use.

 

The Red Bedroom: de luxe room sumptuously carpeted throughout, with large oak double bed, walk-in wardrobe, en suite deluxe W.C./shower-room (power-jet rain-shower) with heated towel rail, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels, shampoo and shower gel provided. Views both to garden at front of house and open country to the rear. Coffee and tea-making facilities. TV with DVD player and hi-fi.

An additional single bed can be provided for €15.

Rooms can be occupied from 2pm on day of arrival. Visitors are of course welcome to use the garden at any time.

We are pleased to offer you a completely smoke-free environment. And we regret that though we ourselves like dogs, our two cats, Coco and Cafe, do not !
