The Japanese Maple (acer palmatum) is widely celebrated for its brilliant colours. Less well appreciated is the extraordinary diversity of size, colour and leaf shape, which in Japan has led to the selection and collection of named cultivars over many centuries. We have nearly thirty cultivars here, many as well established trees, others container grown.

Just enjoy these beautiful plants during your stay here, or find out more by attending one of our maple seminars...and even start you own collection with a visit to our maple nursery.
